AMBIENTE ITALIA
Ambiente Italia, as transversal technical partner will have a strong role feeding in tools, resources, best practices and expertise on community heating and cooling, and will also provide technical support to all pilots and in particular Verona, to implement support services to enable new community-led cooling and heating projects.
Ambiente Italia (IT) is a research and consulting company working in the field of environmental and territorial planning. In the field of energy and climate transition AI developed a wide experience in local action plans and policies for sustainable energy and GHG emission reduction, energy audits, technical-economic analysis of RES and EE measures, training and information campaigns. Furthermore, Ambiente Italia has extensive and consolidated experience in the field of corporate sustainability consulting (ESG), with a focus on integrated management and sustainability, life cycle analysis of products and services, environmental footprint and environmental labels.
Autonoom Provinciebedrijf Kamp – Kamp C
In the SHINE project Kamp C will guide the other partners in using tools from the TANDEMS project. All pilots will use the Value Network mapping methodology to map their local energy community project with support of Kamp C. Kamp C will develop a learning trajectory to offer a support service for local authorities in the Antwerp region to start community energy projects
Autonoom Provinciebedrijf Kamp (BE) – Kamp C is the knowledge centre for innovation and sustainable construction in the Province of Antwerp, whose core mission is to accelerate the transition towards a sustainable society.Kamp C’s definition of sustainable construction is based on six pillars: sustainable energy, sustainable building materials, efficient use of space, reduced water consumption, a focus on biodiversity, and maximum inclusivity. Building professionals, students housing associations, public organisations and other target groups can visit sustainable innovations on the demonstration site or take part in intensive training programmes on circular construction, energy community projects, collective renovation, … Kamp C works closely together with 67 local authorities in the province of Antwerp. Municipalities are one of the main target groups of Kamp C and are supported with technical and juridical advice on sustainable building and urban development.
Ayuntamiento de Malgrat de Mar
Malgrat de Mar’s primary objective in the SHINE project is the implementation of a One-Stop-Shop (OSS). This central hub will facilitate the creation of energy communities and streamline energy renovation initiatives for residents and businesses across the municipality.
Ayuntamiento de Malgrat de Mar (ES) is a coastal municipality in the province of Barcelona with a permanent population of approximately 19,700, which grows significantly during the summer tourist season. Committed to sustainability, the municipality has approved an Urban Agenda aimed at achieving energy neutrality. To accelerate this goal, the City Council is promoting a city-wide energy community that engages diverse local stakeholders to maximize community reach. The Council is dedicated to implementing energy efficiency, resource optimization, and climate adaptation projects. By fostering active participation across the public and private sectors—including citizens, associations, and local businesses—Malgrat de Mar aims to secure a sustainable future for all its residents
COOPTECH HUB
CTH is responsible for developing participatory business models and legal-organizational frameworks for local energy communities. Their role focuses on engaging citizens in the co-management of renewable energy sources, aligned with the principles of social economy and a just transition.
CoopTech Hub (PL) is Poland’s first platform cooperativism center, providing business and technological support to foster trust-based digital cooperation and sustainable initiatives. The hub offers specialized services and products for local governments, NGOs, and citizens, focusing on the practical application of global best practices. With a proven track record in establishing energy cooperatives, they also deliver expert research on citizen energy across Central and Eastern Europe.
E’ NOSTRA SOCIETA COOPERATIVA
E’Nostra supports the Municipality of Verona as an expert across multiple areas, capitalizing on its extensive experience in the development and management of energy communities. Within the project, E’Nostra facilitates and organizes the stakeholder mapping process in the Municipality of Verona, laying the groundwork for the design and launch of the first One-Stop-Shop (OSS), in close collaboration with Ambiente Italia and the Municipality itself. Furthermore, thanks to its wide network of energy communities (CERs), E’Nostra acts as a key multiplier, fostering replication and knowledge transfer beyond the local context
E’ Nostra Societa Cooperativa (IT) is the first national cooperative RES electricity producer and supplier in Italy, based on a democratic and inclusive model, and is member of RESCoop.eu. The cooperative was founded in 2014 and in March 2016 started providing sustainable electricity at national scale to households and SMEs, with special tariffs reserved to not for profit organisations. ènostra aims at enhancing the amount of renewable energy on the global production and consumption and reducing waste of energy, thus contributing to transition to a low carbon energy system. E’Nostra has extensive, long-standing experience in supporting energy communities across Italy, covering the entire development process: from legal establishment and governance design to internal regulations and operational management.

FUNDACIÓ EUROPACE
Fundació Euuropace supports the municipality of Malgrat de Mar as a technical expert advisor, contributing all its experience in the creation and management of OSS dedicated to supporting and promoting energy rehabilitation, as well as its knowledge of energy communities. In the context of Malgrat, the Fundació Europace supports the City Council in the various meetings with the different interested parties to ultimately create the first OSS, together with R2M and the ICAEN.
The Fundació Europace (ES) is a non-profit organization that aims to combat climate change and improve the health and well-being of people by decarbonizing our building stock and promoting of renewable energies. The foundation specializes in the design and implementation of innovative projects. It has extensive experience in EU Projects (Horizon 2020, EUCF, LIFE) for the deployment of programs to promote the renovation and energy efficiency of buildings and renewable energy. They have developed a deep knowledge becoming pioneers in the implementation of one-stop-shop models in Spain that combine technical, administrative and financialassistance and we have collaborated with more than 40 municipalities, regional authorities and key actors, mainly in Spain but also at European level, on the design and deployment of initiatives.
INSTITUT CATALA ENERGIA
ICAEN acts as a facilitating agent and expert, strengthening the Spanish pilot, supporting municipalities, providing political and technical knowledge, and helping to scale up the project’s results at a regional and national level.
Institut Catala Energia (ES) is the entity of the Government of Catalonia responsible for developing and carrying out the Catalan energy policy, especially in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energies. The mission of the energy policy of the Government of Catalonia is to achieve an economy and a society of low energy intensity and low carbon emission, innovative, competitive and sustainable in line with the European objectives. ICAEN develops programs to promote RES and energy efficiency in all economic sectors: industry, transport, primary and buildings.
